Evening Session

The conference dinner will be held at Kulturkvarteret Hallarna, approximately a 7-minute walk from the Visualization Center. Some contributions will also be performed there. The food (entirely vegan) will cost around 200 SEK, and the venue has a bar. The cost of the dinner is not included in the registration.

The venue is equipped with stereo sound and a basic lighting rig. There is one wireless microphone and one wireless headset microphone available. A large number of wired microphones are also available if needed. An HDMI connection is routed to the stage, allowing devices to be connected directly there, with HD resolution (1920 × 1080).
